ToorCon 9

This weekend the 9th ToorCon conference is running at San Diego. This “hacker” conference (hacker here is understand in the pur meaning not cracker) have a pretty neat programm. Some topics are very appealing to me: (To bad this is to far from home :) )

  • Charles Miller will talk about his fuzzing research and how it has been used to hack the iphone.
  • Jason Medeiros will speak about automatic exploit generation.
  • Sam Bown presents how it has teach ethical hacking in college.
  • Blake Hartstein, Matt Richard Will present a framework for scanning and extrusion analysis in python. This seems very promising
  • Zane Lackey Maybe the talk that I will miss the most. He will present Vnak a VoIP security attack tool. If it keep it promise, then It will goes right into my tool box
